If ever in need to reference a large number of records to a reference field in a record then this can quickly be done with the help of the ‘SN Utils‘ plugin. After install, do the following:
- Get the ‘sys_id‘ for the records you would like to reference. With admin access you can easily get this via the ‘Import/Update’ functionality.
- Add a ‘,’ to the cell data in Excel with formula: =(A2&&B2)
- Create a comma separated string with help of formula: =CONCAT(include cells)
4. Click ‘Heading’ of the reference field and paste your new string:
